Subprocessors
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Aldyn uses the providers below to run the service. Each processes data only to provide their service to us, under data-protection agreements, and none may use your data for their own purposes. Your email is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized or shared AI models. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and what we never store.
| Provider | Purpose | Data processed |
|---|---|---|
| Google (Gmail API) | Mailbox access for the inbox you connect | Message content read in memory to classify it; labels applied; drafts created. Bodies are never stored by Aldyn. |
| Large-language-model API providers | Classifying genuinely ambiguous mail, and drafting replies | The content of individual ambiguous messages, on paid API plans whose terms prohibit the provider from training on submitted data. We name the current providers on request. |
| Supabase | Database and authentication | Account details, organizational metadata (which category, by which layer, and why), sender records, rules, categories, examples, voice profiles. |
| Vercel | Application hosting for the marketing site and dashboard | Request metadata and service logs. No mailbox content is stored here. |
| GitHub Actions | Runs the scheduled sync that keeps connected inboxes organized | Executes the sync with service credentials; processes message content in memory and stores nothing itself. |
| Resend | Transactional email (sign-in links, beta invites, service notices) | Your email address and the contents of the message we send you. |
| Stripe | Payments and subscriptions (when billing launches) | Billing details, handled by Stripe. Aldyn never sees or stores full card numbers. |
